No bidding, no auctions. Sponsor spots run in 90 day terms and renew until you cancel. Header and footer spots are unlimited: they rotate fairly through every active sponsor. For the lifetime pin, get in touch by message. Your sponsor unit goes live once your sponsorship is confirmed.
L lifetime pin, pinned forever
H header rotation, 3 units, rotating
The homepage. Header and footer rotate fairly through every active sponsor. App profile banners are not shown here: each sits on its own app's page.
Header rotation
Three sponsor units under the hero, above search, rotating fairly through every active header sponsor.
90 day term · renews until you cancel
Three units under the hero, rotating fairly through every active sponsor. Equal screen time, no bidding for position. 0 sponsors active now; unlimited spots.
The header and footer each show three sponsors at once, rotating through every active sponsor in order. App banners don't rotate, they're yours alone on your app's page.
Equal screen time
The rotation advances on a fixed timer and every active sponsor gets exactly the same visibility. There's no bidding for position, ever, the order is the order you signed up.
Contracts keep it honest
Your sponsor unit appears only inside your 90 day contract dates and drops out automatically when the term ends. The starting position changes daily, so nobody is permanently first or last.
House rules
What a sponsor unit is
A name, one line of text, a link, and an optional 300 by 180 image. No scripts, no tracking pixels, every unit is static HTML with a visible tag, and links carry rel="sponsored".
Software, hardware, hosting, and tools that belong next to a Linux package directory. Sponsors unrelated to the audience get declined with a full refund.
No editorial say. Sponsoring never affects a package's listing, ranking, or review, those come from the official repo and reader votes.
You own your banner image. Send a 300 by 180 PNG or SVG, or just a logo, we'll set the unit type.
Terms
What a sponsorship means
90 day terms that renew. Sponsor spots run in 90 day terms from the day you subscribe and renew automatically. Cancel any time from the Stripe receipt email; your sponsor unit runs to the end of the term.
Unlimited spots. No bidding, no position auctions. As many sponsors as sign up share the rotation equally.
Live within one business day. Once your sponsorship is confirmed, send the name, one line, link, and optional image, and your sponsor unit goes up.
Your details stay private. We publish your sponsor unit, not your invoice. Sponsorship terms are never disclosed to other sponsors.

The header and footer each show three sponsors at a time and rotate through every active sponsor in order, on a fixed timer. Every sponsor gets exactly the same screen time, there is no bidding for position. The starting order changes daily so nobody is permanently first or last.
How long does a sponsorship last?
Paid spots bill every 90 days and renew until you cancel, so your sponsor unit stays up as long as you want it. Cancel from the Stripe receipt email and it runs to the end of the term.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe, from the button on each spot. It is a subscription that renews every 90 days. After paying, send your sponsor details and it goes live within one business day.
What is an app profile banner?
Your banner on your app's own page, the highest intent spot on the site, seen by everyone who looks up that app. Only the app's own sponsor can buy it.
What is the lifetime pin?
One sponsor, pinned permanently at the top of the homepage. It never rotates out and never expires. Message @jessyka_boat on X and we talk it through.
Does sponsoring affect my package's listing or rank?
No. Listings come from the official repository and rankings come from reader votes. A sponsor unit is separate and clearly labelled.
