What is hey-cli?

HEY CLI is Basecamp's official command-line and text-based interface for the HEY email service. It gives terminal users a full-screen TUI (run with `hey tui`) for Mail, Contacts, Calendar, and Journal, using HEY's own keyboard shortcuts, alongside individual CLI commands for scripting things like composing, searching, and watching for new mail as JSON. It also ships as a skill and MCP server so AI coding agents like Claude can read and act on your HEY mail directly.
