What is libretro-fbneo-git?

FinalBurn Neo (FBNeo) is a multi-system arcade emulator core packaged for RetroArch, continuing the earlier FinalBurn line of emulators. It accurately emulates classic arcade hardware including Capcom's CPS systems and Neo Geo, plus a handful of consoles, with support for netplay, rewind, and shader effects. As a libretro core it has no interface of its own — RetroArch loads it to run arcade ROMs you supply.
