What is libretro-vice-xcbm5x0-git?

This VICE-libretro core emulates the Commodore CBM-II 5x0 series, a lower-end, home-computer-styled variant of Commodore's professional CBM-II line. Built on the same RetroArch port of VICE as the other cores, it supports save states, disk/tape image loading, and remappable controls, with no interface beyond what RetroArch provides.
