What is libretro-vice-xscpu64-git?

This is the SuperCPU core of VICE (the Versatile Commodore Emulator) built for the libretro/RetroArch framework. It emulates a Commodore 64 fitted with the SuperCPU accelerator cartridge, which boosted the C64's clock speed far beyond the stock 1MHz. It is a RetroArch plug-in core with no interface of its own; RetroArch handles loading software and displaying it.
