What is linux-ptl-headers?

Like other kernel-headers packages, this provides the compiled headers and scripts needed to build kernel modules against a specific custom Arch kernel, in this case one patched for Intel Panther Lake laptops with Panel Replay power-saving and OLED variable refresh rate fixes. There is nothing to launch or configure directly; it exists purely to support DKMS module builds for that kernel.
