What is nvidia-580xx-utils?

This package supplies the user-space side of NVIDIA's proprietary 580xx driver: the OpenGL/Vulkan/CUDA libraries, nvidia-smi, and Xorg driver bits that applications and games rely on to talk to an NVIDIA GPU. It pairs with nvidia-580xx-dkms (the kernel module) to form a complete driver stack for a compatible NVIDIA card.
