What is omarchy-settings?

Omarchy-settings installs the baseline configuration for the Omarchy Linux distribution: the files that get copied into every new user's home directory (/etc/skel), the default font set, the Plymouth boot-splash theme, and small helper scripts the rest of the system relies on. It is not an app you open; it is the plumbing that makes a freshly installed Omarchy desktop look and behave consistently out of the box.
