What is walker?

Walker is a fast, GTK4-based application launcher for Linux that goes beyond opening apps: type a prefix to do quick math, browse files, run shell commands, search the web, dig through clipboard history, or manage Arch packages, all from the same popup. It's built for tiling Wayland setups like Hyprland and is themed and configured through simple config files.
