What is wayfreeze?

wayfreeze is a tiny utility for Wayland compositors that freezes what's currently on screen, a still frame you can then screenshot or annotate without anything shifting underneath you. It supports multiple monitors, fractional scaling, and can hide the cursor or run commands before and after the freeze.
