Install Zed on Omarchy

Short answer

Open the Omarchy menu with Super + Space. Choose Install > Editor and pick Zed.

Steps

  1. Open the Omarchy menu with Super + Space.
  2. Choose Install > Editor and pick Zed.
  3. To make it the system-wide default editor, use Setup > Defaults > Editor.

Neovim is Omarchy's default editor; Install > Editor also lists VSCode, Cursor, Sublime Text, Helix, Vim and Emacs. [omarchy.org]
